JJ...I lived in San Diego for 20 years, my son just got to return home, I have friends who are still displaced, and other who still can't get to their homes to see if they are still there or not.

I'm not the least bit offended by your post, and in fact, I agree with you 110%. Five years from now you won't even know there was a fire or that 1300 homes burned down. Until of course the next one happens. You can't just burn down a giant white suburb in a conservative town like San Diego.
